Individual Child Counseling (Ages 5 - 12)
Individual Child Counseling involves one-on-one sessions between a trained mental health professional and a child, typically aimed at addressing emotional, behavioral, or developmental issues. In a safe environment, age-appropriate techniques like play, art, or storytelling may be used, skills are developed to improve communication and mood regulation, and problem-solving skills are taught. Parent(s) or guardian(s) are involved to some degree, providing guidance and updates as appropriate.
Individual Adolescent Counseling (Ages 13 - 17)
Individual Adolescent Counseling provides young people with a supportive, non-judgmental outlet to process struggles, learn about themselves, and develop strategies for improved mental health and well-being during this transitional life stage.
Individual Adult Counseling
Individual Adult Counseling provides adults (18 and older) with professional support tailored to their individual needs and concerns in a private, non-judgmental environment that facilitates personal growth, healing, and improved mental health and life satisfaction.
Couples Counseling
Couples Counseling focuses on helping two individuals involved in a romantic relationship work through challenges and improve their connection and communication as a couple. Both partners attend therapy sessions together and are able to gain insight and receive tools for positive change. Couples counseling provides a supportive setting to resolve conflicts and increase intimacy.
Group Therapy
Group Therapy is an effective form of therapy where a small group of people meets regularly with a licensed therapist or counselor to listen to one another, work through personal issues and provide mutual support. Participants share experiences and develop skills in a safe environment.
