Throughout my career as a licensed healthcare administrator and humanitarian aid worker, many people have told me that I make an excellent mentor. Having lived in three countries, traveled the world, and worked in diverse settings, I’ve had the privilege of guiding and empowering individuals from all walks of life. My experiences have shaped my unique ability to put people at ease and connect with them on a personal level. I truly believe that everyone has the potential to become their best self, but doing so often requires taking risks.

Alongside my wife of almost 25 years, I co-founded Desta Therapy and our nonprofit, Desta Provisions, both of which aim to create pathways for others to rediscover joy. I’m a proud father of four, a San Antonio native, and a lover of life!
